This Strategic Agenda together with many industry, research, technology and project cases will be presented at a high-level conference on 12-13 October 2016 in Brussels.

On 12 October a series of plenary sessions will be dedicated to key technology developments in the major manufacturing stages such as fabric formation, textile surface processing and assembly and fashion production. On 13th October a succession of plenary and parallel sessions will explores market opportunities and technology trends in key technical textile application areas such as construction, health care, sports, protection, environment and agriculture. The event is expected to bring together industry innovators, technology providers, researchers, clusters and other actors from the textile and clothing sector from across Europe.
