Save the Date: ECOSYSTEX Conference 2026
Save the date for the fourth ECOSYSTEX Conference will take place as a physical event on 22-24 September in Antwerp, Belgium, in partnership with the University of Antwerp. This event will bring together experts, innovators, and industry leaders to explore circular textiles beyond recycling.
What to expect:
Two days of insightful discussions, networking, and collaboration.
Interactive sessions led by CISUTAC, Circula-TEX, SOLSTICE, FABRIX, JUST FASHION, and CRAFT-IT4SD
Discover one of the CISUTAC pilots: a semi-automated zipper repair station, located in De Kringwinkel Antwerp, that helps repair garments more efficiently, reduces repair times, and makes the process accessible even to staff without sewing backgrounds.
Exclusive visits to the research facilities at Centexbel and local caompanies in Ghent, as part on a “Textile ETP on Tour” in Ghent.

CISUTAC – Increasing textile circularity in Europe and minimising the sector’s total environmental impact by developing sustainable, novel, and inclusive large-scale European value chains.
Circula-TEX – Redesigning textile value chains by developing circular economy strategies aligned with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) policies.
SOLSTICE – Advancing climate-neutral circular economy practices through a 5R strategy.
FABRIX – Fostering local, beautiful,and sustainably designed regenerative textile and clothing ecosystems.
JUST FASHION – Accelerating climate transition in the fashion industry, by providing businesses with a reference framework and tools to shift their production, procedures and products towards more sustainable models.
CRAFT-IT4SD – Activating the cultural and creative sectors and industries (CCSI) towards the green transition by building on the rich cultural heritage and strong creative traditions which underpin Europe.
