From Demonstration to Scale: RegioGreenTex's Hub in Tuscany Piemonte

For the final edition of the RegioGreenTex Community Talks webinar series, we hosted an hybrid event dedicated to the RegioGreenTex's Hub in Tuscany-Piemonte, on 19 November 2025, in collaboration with the SOLSTICE project.

This hybrid gathering featured dynamic sessions and a guided visit, offering deep insights into innovative pilot projects, policy discussions, and collaborative actions shaping a more sustainable future for textiles. In the RegioGreenTex session, we discovered the Piemonte-Tuscany RegioGreenTex Hub, from the association of the pilots developed by the fixe Italian RegioGreenTex SMEs, the expertise of the partners, and the opportunities for collaboration, to the importance of the region in building circular textile value chain. Our main speakers from the five SMEs, Marini Industrie, Trafi Creatività Tessile, Casalegno Tendaggi, Officina 39 and DBT Fibre, presented their work developed within the hub, whereas Francesco Marini from Marini Industrie and Confindustria Toscana Nord, presented the policy approach to textile circularity, both from European and regional perspectives. The hub was introduced by Paola Fontana from Citta’ Studi - Pointex and Enrico Venturini from NTT.

If you could not join us for this event or if you want to watch it again, the recording and presentations are available here:

About the RegioGreenTex Community Talks
Online animation activities play a pivotal role in sustaining the engagement of SMEs within the digital ecosystem. To stimulate interaction, a series of intra-consortium webinars, the RegioGreenTex Community Talks, are taking place throughout the duration of the project. The RegioGreenTex Talks promote the latest progresses and results of the projects, and well as encouraging dialogue and knowledge sharing in the textile sector, focusing on sustainability and the green transition.
The RegioGreenTex Community Talks are organised as part of WP2 (T2.4 Animation of the Ecosystem) and managed by Textile ETP, with the support of EURATEX, NE RDA, Ariadne Innovation, OOST NL and Techtera.
