Going Green Trainings #3: Understanding the tools for systemic change
On 14 November 2024, we hosted a third 'Going Green Trainings' webinar, organised as part of the RegioGreenTex Community Talks, on "Understanding the tools for systemic change". In this training webinar, we explored green kaizen and waste flow mapping, and how the tools function and the benefits they can bring to your organisation. Green Kaizen is a continuous improvement method that focuses on making ecologically friendly changes in business processes, while Waste Flow Mapping helps identify and eliminate various types of waste. These tools can play a vital role in driving sustainable practices and reducing environmental impact. Our main speaker, Sasha Shahbazi, from SuPr, Swedish national node for Sustainable Production, provided valuable insights into how to implement these tools effectively and unlock the potential for a greener future.
Thank you to all participants!
