Going Green Trainings #6: Advancing Sustainable Fiber-to-Fiber Recycling
On 19 June 2025, we hosted the sixth and last edition of the 'Going Green Trainings' webinar, organised as part of the RegioGreenTex Community Talks, on "Advancing Sustainable Fiber-to-Fiber Recycling". In this training webinar, we explored the future of sustainable fiber-to-fiber recycling, and dived into the complete lifecycle of textiles, focusing on innovative solutions for colour removal, process improvements, and overcoming challenges associated with both pre- and post-consumer waste. Our main speaker, Anna Edsberger from RISE, helped discover how a holistic approach to fiber recycling can pave the way for a more sustainable and circular textile industry, ensuring reduced environmental impact and resource efficiency.
Thank you to all participants!
