The Horizon Europe Work Programmes 2025, including the ones of the 'Textiles of the Future' European partnership, have been pre-published! This mean that at Textile ETP, we are happy to launch our 2025 TEPPIES brokerage activities for our members!

A major step in the implementation of the European Partnership for Textiles of the Future has been taken, as the European Commission and Textile ETP now begin the signature process of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Once signed, the partnership will be officially launched to drive sustainability, circularity, and innovation in the textile sector while reinforcing Europe's strategic autonomy and global competitiveness.

As the European Commission prepares to officially launch the “Textiles of the Future” Partnership under Horizon Europe, Textile ETP is organising a series of webinars designed to engage and prepare its members for the opportunities ahead.

Textile ETP published the Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA) for the "Textiles of the Future" European Partnership. The Partnership, officially announced by the European Commission in March 2024, is set to launch by the end of this year. It aims to support the textile sector, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), in implementing a comprehensive research and innovation program.

Brussels, 20 March 2024 – In the fringes of the EU Research and Innovation Days, the European Commission has announced 9 new European co-funded and co-programmed partnerships, including “Textiles of the Future” (*). These partnerships will be at the core of the Horizon Europe Strategic Plan 2025-2027, addressing the green and digital transition, and a more resilient, competitive, inclusive and democratic Europe.
