SmartX Innovation Hub at LOPEC and JEC World 2025
In late February and early March 2025, Textile ETP actively participated in two significant industry events: LOPEC 2025 in Munich and JEC World 2025 in Paris. These events showcased the latest advancements in printed electronics and composite materials, respectively, highlighting the growing integration of textiles with cutting-edge technologies.

Save the date for the 3rd ECOSYSTEX Conference 2025, taking place from 29 September to 1 October in Gothenburg, Sweden. This event will bring together experts, innovators, and industry leaders to explore new technologies and business models for textile circularity.

Register for the Textile ETP Annual Conference 2025
The 19th Textile ETP Annual Conference will be organised in partnership with AITEX and will place as a physical event on 12-14 May 2025 in their facilities in Alcoy, Spain. We welcome our members as well as other professionals from all over Europe interested in sustainable textile innovation and EU research funding opportunities.
Textile ETP joins Lectra’s ‘Decoding the DPP’ event in Borås, Sweden
On 5 February 2025, Textile ETP Secretary General Lutz Walter participated in the ‘Decoding the DPP’ event hosted by Lectra at the Textile Fashion Center in Borås, Sweden. The event gathered industry leaders and experts to discuss the expected introduction of the Digital Product Passport (DPP) for EU clothing products by 2028 and the significant data management challenges that will arise.
